Formerly, the shoe used to be developed based on design (aesthetics) and mechanical tests, however, nothing that would represent the body response related to the final product. The company realized that sportspeople needed something more functional, which brings better performance, are comfortable and do not be the cause of injuries. Not all of these things can be noticed only through mechanical tests. At DCC we have the Biomechanics Laboratory, one of the most state-of-art-Laboratories in the Latin America, implemented inside the industries, providing human body response tests, which is essential for the development of a good quality shoe.
Those tests are very accurate, once they react accordingly to an athlete’s routine reality. Tests are made in the rain, heat, with sweat, and many other responses that can only be given by the human body.
Biomechanics Laboratory
Creativity, business, innovation and sustainability are together in planned spaces in order to inspire, motivate and conceive new ideas. Located in Ivoti – Rio Grande do Sul, it is on Dass Creation Center that designers and developers work together on our brands. It is a real and creative pole, focused on anticipating needs, technologies, styles and trends.
We live in the pursuit of answers. This anxiety enabled the structuring of the most modern and technological Biomechanics Laboratory of Latin America, in a structure that prioritizes smart environments and reflects our way of thinking.
3D Projects
A team develop the 3D Projects for the shoe soles and technical parts, which will later be used for the assembly of molds used in the manufacture of sole components.
Brand's Technical Design and Development Offices
A team who create (design), develop (technique) and validate procedures, production techniques and materials together with the laboratory teams, prototype factories and brand’s production.
